| Riverbend Condominiums are conveniently located just 1.8 miles from Sunday River Ski Area. Sunday River is one of the top rated ski areas in New England. In addition, Riverbend's location in the White Mountains of Western Maine means there are unlimited opportunities for outdoor activities such as cross country skiing, golf, hiking, snow-mobiling, mountain biking, canoeing, kayaking, etc. In fact, there are numerous lakes, a State Park, multiple ski areas and cross country touring centers, white water rafting, and seven golf courses all within a half hour drive. Of course, Riverbend offers cross country skiing, snow-mobiling, biking, skating, hiking, swimming, and fishing all on site. |
| Riverbend Condominiums are located on the bank of the Sunday River. The Sunday River offers fishing, canoeing, and swimming in the private Riverbend swimming hole. Also, our private pond is maintained and lighted for ice skating in the winter. |  |

of town in Bethel, Maine. Bethel offers shopping, dining, nightly
entertainment, a movie theater as well as seasonal festivals and attractions.
The friendly, small town atmosphere is a fact of life in Bethel.

Riverbend's Favorite Activities:Big Adventure Center: Maine's Largest Laser Tag arena. Also they have Maine's Largest Indoor Rock Gym and a beautiful 18-hole Miniature Golf Course. Coming soon will be the Giant Waterslide scheduled to open the Spring of 2001. Sun Valley Sports: Snowmobile rentals and tours. Sunday River Ski Resort: 1.8 miles away. |
